Answer
To be able to have the employees available for search in the staffing workbench,
you need to establish resources. This you do by going to Resource Management >
Establish Resources > Create Resources. Then after establishing the employees as
resources you can update the profiles for your resources by going to maintain
profiles component.
In addition to that also check up on the My resource options in the User options
to check the resource selection option. Based on this option the resources will
become available for staffing.
