If you're on a 400, create a business view of the batch output table. Use that
view to select the job numbers for each batch. Use the batch numbers to select
the PDF files, and extract them to a separate location for your mail processing
engine to pick them up as attachments.

You can use one of the document management tools such as Create!Form with their
Create!e-mail module which will take a PDF generated by OneWorld and mail it to
someone dependent on the e-mail address contained in the PDF.
